We know you’ll love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out! Please review our return policy below.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only.

Items must be returned within 5 days of the original purchase date.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash.

Sale items, seasonal items, jewelry, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Steps
We offer Re:do as an optional service to make exchanges free and seamless. Re:do costs $1 at checkout and will appear on your order confirmation email if selected.

Start your return at the bottom of this page using Re:do (if purchased) or our Returns Portal (if Re:do was not purchased).

Select the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

If you checked out with Re:do, your return shipping is covered.

Print your label, attach it securely to the package, and drop it off at any USPS location.
Self-Service Returns:
If you selected our self-service option, please include your order number in the package and mail your return to the below address. Customers are responsible for return shipping for self-service returns.

Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once received. Unapproved items will be returned at the customer’s expense.
